A Call To Order – 4 Targets (Part Two)

This is Part 2 of the 4th follow-up post to this one: “Targets We’re Aiming For.” Part One is here.

During our recent time on “The Daniel Fast,” my wife, Leona and I sensed God giving us five “general impressions” that we are now working out with specific, measurable targets.

One of those “general impressions” was a “call to order.” Here are two more targets:

  • Specific Target 3: Streamline systems and filing for bill paying and financial management by the end of February 2013.  We are exploring apps like Mint to help us get this together.  A new scanner and shredder are on the list of things to purchase for getting us closer to a “paperless” home office.

  • Specific Target 4: Create new “income streams” in 2013. I’ve been thinking for some time that I need an income stream that is not connected to whatever ministry I’m involved with in the days ahead.  There are so many possibilities here that I’m trying to narrow down the options and focus on making this happen in the next few months. In fact, I’m open to suggestions. I love the idea of an online business and would love to hear any feedback you would like to give me on this. If there was a product or service I could provide, what would you be interested in seeing from me?

It is interesting how many of these targets “dovetail” around the time of the 5K we’ll be running in February…

The final “general impression” is a bit of a “moving target.” I’ll share more about it and the targets that accompany it soon…
